Jackson County Transit is a fully coordinated, public transportation system and operates as a branch of Jackson County Government.
Regular services start at 6:00 a.m. and runs until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Daily routes criss-cross Dillsboro-Sylva-Webster-Cullowhee areas of the county providing local service. Daily routes also extend from Sylva into Tuckasegee. Out-of-county routes extend into Franklin, Cherokee and Asheville. Community service routes are run on a weekly basis and include the following:
